As the media all over the globe is has more freedom, and
every country is connected with other country through this medium which has led
them to know what is happening round the globe. As you have seen in the recent
past In American elections the whole media group apart from the local media was
gathered to keep their country updated with what is happening with the every
passing minute.
So this is the form media has formed nowadays. Now the whole world is connected not even from the part of media, rather from the part of politics, trade, business relations local and foreign policies every country is connected with the other. With the past few years it’s been noticed that govt. pressure and censorship has been decreased and freedom of Pakistani media has been increased. You know what is the reason behind? Actually the open minded liberals, fake and mellow government has empower them enough to reach up to that level of freedom with an counter argument that we are taking truth in front, we are taking the odds and even in front of our public.
It is our moral duty to show the truth but unfortunately this is not the case. Our media has portrayed a negative image of Pakistan to the world. Every country does have negative aspects but the world’s media display the positive image In front, this is exactly where Pakistani media is lacking behind.
Today you cannot trust whatever media is showing, because it is an art of showing what media want to show regardless of the truth. I personally met a scene like this back in 2012 when our director division of science and technology was removed from his post by vice chancellor and we started a movement to restore him as he was an honest and hard working man, so in that regard we decided to gather a media channel to outspread our voice about this brutal act and take notice of that matter.
Imagine what happens when a program host was about to start the live show. He just said that show yourself and facial gesture like you are a victim of this brutality so that it puts an impact on the government officials.
Media should behave in a controlled way and before making any video out please do not forget to focus the national interest of Pakistan. Think before putting any news on live whether that news is in interest of our motherland or not? All the Pakistani live news channels hold the responsibility on their shoulder to represent the good image in front of the world.
